German Multiplier Event in Bielefeld (FHM)

The EyesOnCS Multiplier Event in Bielefeld, Germany, organized by FHM on October 16, 2023, proved to be a resounding success in promoting cybersecurity awareness and sharing valuable insights on the EyesOnCS project. The event, held in a face-to-face format from 14:00 to 15:30 CEST, aimed to inform attendees about the project, showcase its outputs (IO 1 Compendium and IO3 Escape Room Game), and specifically focus on piloting the escape room. The overarching goal was to inspire a broader audience towards a better understanding of cybersecurity.

The event unfolded at the FHM premises in Bielefeld, featuring a carefully curated agenda that centered around the testing and piloting of IO3. Participants, totaling 30 individuals, including students, vocational teachers, and HEI staff and professors from Bielefeld and Ukraine, were divided into two groups. One group engaged in testing in the FHM computer room on computers, while the other tested on tablets and smartphones.

The promotion of the Multiplier Event commenced a month before its occurrence, utilizing a German invitation flyer designed by the FHM team. This informative flyer was distributed through the FHM network, including mailings, and private contacts.

The event's agenda was as follows:

  • 14:00 Presentation of the EyesOnCS Project (FHM)
  • 14:20 Live-Testing of the escape room game (IO3), division of the participants into two groups
  • 15:00 Snacks & Get together – discussing IO3 (Feedback)
  • 15:30 End
