The curriculum developed by the ADA consortium is a fundamental part of the educational training provided to future entrepreneurs, offering them the opportunity to learn or deepen their knowledge in several areas that are crucial for understanding the business world and digital enterprises. This curriculum is divided into three areas:
In addition to the educational content, various assessment methods were designed to evaluate the knowledge acquired by participants, ensuring that future entrepreneurs successfully complete and understand all theoretical units. Moreover, multiple scenarios were included in each module to complement the theoretical questions, allowing mentees to connect the content with cases that closely mirror real-life situations.
The ADA consortium offers a virtual platform that is fundamental to the effective development of the project, as it provides access to online training composed of educational units developed by the partners, the e-Mentorship program, the Learning Lab, and the Virtual Community of Practice.
The platform is designed to accommodate various content formats such as video lectures, webinars, simulations, and multimedia presentations. Additionally, it adopts a micro-learning approach tailored to accommodate busy schedules.
Notably, the platform features the integration of a social bot system for effective communication with women. These formats are accessible through a dedicated virtual platform specifically for women interested in the digital economy. This platform also serves as a forum for exchange and interaction to:
The mentoring process plays a vital role in ADA. Within the context of the project, a close process of idea exchange and mentoring is developed by the mentors to guide aspiring entrepreneurs on their journey towards exponential growth in understanding the digital business sector and its challenges.
For the optimal development of this mentoring process, special attention is paid to the clarity of roles and expectations, definition of achievable goals, functionality, and time efficiency. To this end, a set of useful guidelines, procedures, and tools has been created to ensure that the mentoring process takes place in a clean environment with established rules, which are clearly explained in the Mentor's Guide and the Mentee's Guide developed by the ADA consortium.
Upon completing this mentoring process, the participating women can get on their hands on a solid Business Plan with which they will have real possibilities of obtaining financing from private or public capital in their respective countries.

Upon completing at least one of the areas of knowledge available on the learning platform, the participant receives a certification that recognizes the successful completion of part or all of the units developed by the ADA consortium.
The learning outcomes for future entrepreneurs serve as a basis for evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of the training development on the platform, providing evidence of the achievements or outcomes reached in the process.
