Women in digital technology
ADA addresses gender inequalities in the digital economy. Even though we often think we made the step towards an equal society long ago, it is noticeable especially in digital and technological fields that women are still underrepresented.

ADA (Fostering Women's Entrepreneurship & Employability in the Digital Business) is a project funded by the European Union through the program Erasmus+. The ADA project is named after the mathematician and programming pioneer Ada Lovelace. It is designed to overcome gender inequalities in the digital economy by providing customized support for female entrepreneurs in this field. The aim of the project is to build an interactive and innovative platform that helps women take their seat in the digital economy. Together, partners from a total of six European countries (Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Northern Macedonia, Italy and Germany) have set out to actively support women on their way to becoming successful digital entrepreneurs.
